EGG FREE, DAIRY FREE, NUT FREE, WHEAT FREE Chicken Sausage Rolls

Perfect sausage rolls that aren't that bad for you, but taste like they are.

What you'll need.

500 g Free Range Chicken Mince
Pampers Reduced Fat Puff Pastry or Gluten Free Puff Pastry
1 Brown Onion
1/2 Zucchini
1 Carrot
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
2 tbs Tomato Sauce
1 tbs Mixed Herbs
1 1/2 tsp Organ Egg Replacer
Soy Milk, for brushing
Sesame Seeds

Preheat oven to 180°. Layout pastry to defrost.
Place onion, carrot, and zucchini into a food processor and chop until fine.
In a large bowl mix, chicken mince, veggie mix, garlic, tomato sauce, mixed herbs and egg replacer. Use your hands to make sure it's mixed really well, I also added some pepper. You can add more herbs or garlic according to your taste.
Lay out a sheet of puff pastry and cut it in half, place meat mixture in a roll down the middle, roll together using soy milk to bind. Brush the roll all over with soy milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cut into bite size rolls.
Bake until cooked and brown, these took 45 minuets in a very old oven.
Serve with sauce.
